PSPlytics provides analytics, insights, and intelligence related to payment provider performance.

We provide:

  • informational dashboards
  • incident visibility
  • routing intelligence suggestions

We do not:

  • process payments
  • route live transactions
  • guarantee payment success

2. No Financial or Routing Guarantee

All insights are provided:

  • “as is”
  • for informational and decision-support purposes only

You are responsible for:

  • how you configure your systems
  • which providers you integrate
  • final routing decisions

PSPlytics does not guarantee:

  • uptime
  • transaction success
  • accuracy of third-party disclosures

3. Independent Platform

PSPlytics operates independently.

Unless explicitly stated:

  • we are not affiliated with providers
  • we do not endorse specific PSPs
  • providers do not control our analysis

4. Telemetry Sharing

If you choose to provide telemetry:

  • you confirm you have the right to share it
  • you confirm it does not violate applicable laws
  • you confirm it does not include personal customer data

You may disable telemetry sharing at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • attempt to reverse-engineer the platform
  • scrape or republish PSPlytics data without permission
  • misrepresent PSPlytics insights as provider-endorsed
  • use the platform to defame or mislead

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and analysis belong to PSPlytics.

You may:

  • use insights internally
  • reference PSPlytics in decision-making

You may not:

  • resell reports
  • publish benchmarks publicly without permission

7. Confidentiality

Any non-public information you access through PSPlytics is confidential and must not be shared externally.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • PSPlytics is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • we are not liable for business decisions made using the platform
  • total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • these Terms are violated
  • the platform is abused
  • required by law

You may stop using PSPlytics at any time.

10. Governing Law
